Winter League Results
The final Winter League results are in and Kiwi West Aquatics were the overall winner with 78.50 points securing the PAYNE/VAN DE WAARDT TROPHY for 2007.
Kiwi West were also the winner of the LOCHORE TROPHY (Relay Trophy) with 57 Points.
The result was well earned by the team and all swimmers should give themselves a pat on the back for a fantastic achievement. The highlight of the Winter Leagues was experiencing the change in attitudes and increasing enthusiasm of the Kiwi swimmers.
League Highlights
- Average of 51 entries per League
- Kiwi won all of the Foxton cup relays (13&U)
- On average 70% of the team achieved at least 1 pb
- Swimmer enthusiasm when competing at race meets
